When we come together to make a difference in the lives of children,
we are making an invaluable investment in our future,
community and our world.
On June 25 and 26, 2010, we had the true pleasure and honor to meet some exceptional young ladies, who despite battling cancer, demonstrated pure grace, joy and enthusiasm.

In Honor of Samantha "Sammie"
Through the actions of one of our Chicago drivers, Lori Ovitz, who fundraised, qualified and opened spots in her car generously provided the opportunity for these exceptional ladies to participate in the Chicago Rally for Kids with Cancer Scavenger Cup. When we were introduced to Samantha, we heard that she was recovering and reportedly cancer free. Unfortunately, cancer came back with a vengeance. Samantha who fought courageously, sadly lost her battle and recently passed away.
Despite going through a very painful fight, we hear that participating in the Rally for Kids with Cancer event made a huge difference to Samantha, Lori told us that "Sammie had the time of her life". When you take a moment and truly soak in that statement you realize just how important events like the Rally for Kids with Cancer is.
We are not just raising funds and awareness, we are creating quality of life and providing these kids with memories of a lifetime!
To our supporters, donors, fundraisers and celebrities who donate their time and efforts to participate in our events. Please understand that what you are giving these kids can not be measured! You truly are giving hope.
Our thoughts are with her family and loved ones. In honor of Samantha "Sammie" and all of the children suffering from cancer. We will continue to FIGHT cancer. One day there will be a cure!
